Coleman Davis is a Partner at Harrison Capital Advisors where he focuses on investment real estate brokerage across the Carolinas and southeastern United States. With more than 150 completed transactions exceeding $200 million in total value, Coleman brings extensive experience in single and multi-tenant investment property acquisitions and dispositions, net leased investments, and asset repositioning to every client engagement.
Coleman began his commercial real estate career at Wilson Kibler in 2013 before advancing to a Senior Broker role at Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate in 2019. At Harrison Capital Advisors, Coleman works closely with private investors, family offices, and institutional clients to identify, underwrite, and execute investment real estate opportunities across office, retail, and net lease asset classes throughout the Carolinas and surrounding states.
