Colin represents a crop of bold, exciting F&B and entertainment tenants, including Kirby Ice House, Zalat Pizza, and McNellie’s Restaurant Group. From James Beard and Michelin star talents to sophisticated, best-in-class, multi-unit operators, Colin looks at his clients' differentiating characteristics as paramount to compete in a crowded market.
To date, Colin has completed over 60 sale and lease transactions in Deep Ellum, most notably with 42 Real Estate, Asana Partners, Pecan Lodge and Mark Cuban.
