Colin Matthews joined CBRE as Sales Representative specializing in Investment, Commercial and Industrial (I.C.I.) Real Estate. His background experience now stems from more than 18 years of high-level sales and marketing through business-to-business relationships. Colin focuses on the leasing, disposition, acquisition and investment of industrial real estate.
Colin, along with two other senior members of CBRE, have formed a working partnership to further develop the GTA-West industrial market. The combined team accomplishment is more than 700 lease and sale assignments totaling over 10 million square feet, and has allowed the team to secure such large corporate clients as DHL Worldwide Express, Caterpillar, Maytag, Progistix-Solutions, General Motors and many other major clients they represent.
