Colleen serves as Chief Financial Officer for Oliver Companies, Inc., the hotel management division, and Kaizen Companies, Inc., the development, design, and construction division. She oversees all fiscal management functions, including cash and asset management for existing properties, financial and physical analysis of potential acquisitions, and securing financing for new and ongoing projects. Her responsibilities also include debt compliance, investor relations, and communications.
Colleen holds a degree in Accounting from The College of St. Scholastica and brings over 20 years of accounting experience, with 15 years in the hospitality industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, boating, kayaking, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
