Colten Adams is a trusted and diligent commercial real estate broker who effectively helps his clients navigate the ever-changing real estate market. He specializes in multifamily investment sales, and retail sales and leasing in Omaha and its surrounding areas. His expertise lies in the Downtown and Midtown submarkets.
Colten began his career at Investors Realty upon graduating from UNO in 2020. Realizing he wanted a larger impact on Omaha’s real estate culture, he aided in the formation and launch of Oak Investment Real Estate in 2021. He has a true affinity for developing relationships and takes pride in carefully listening to his clients’ needs.
Colten received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship and minors in real estate and management. His appetite for learning led to memberships in the UNO College of Business Administration’s Scholars Academy, the Entrepreneurial Living Learning Community, and the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization. This avid work ethic stems from his upbringing on a ranch in northeast Nebraska.
Colten’s goal is to make the world a better place by influencing those around him and helping others achieve their goals. His motto: Life is much too short to just go through the motions.
