Bio
Colton is an Multifamily Associate at Colliers Tampa, specializing in the sale of apartment assets under 50 units across southwest Florida and under 10 units in the Tampa Bay metro area. He is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, financial analysis, coordinating marketing strategies, and managing deal execution from valuation to close.
Previously, Colton served as a Financial Analyst with Colliers' East Coast Retail Investment Team, supporting the disposition of shopping centers, unanchored strip centers, and single-tenant net lease properties nationally.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2023, Colton worked as a residential mortgage banker while completing his studies at Florida State University, where he earned a Master of Science in Finance and served as Vice President of his graduating class. Originally from the Denver area, Colton is a proud FSU alumnus and an avid sports fan.
