Conan is based in Los Angeles and oversees the asset management of properties located in Southern California and Utah. Before joining Beacon, Conan was a Regional Director with Equity Office in Los Angeles. While at Equity Office he was responsible for managing the leasing and marketing of a Los Angeles regional Class A office portfolio consisting of 2.3 million square feet. He has also held senior positions at Kilroy Realty Corporation, Summit Commercial, Shuwa Investments, and Insignia Commercial Group. Conan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
