With 29 years of experience in Florida real estate (licensed since 1997), I bring knowledge, strategy, and heart to every transaction. A Florida resident since 1991, I proudly serve clients between the Jacksonville/Yulee area and Palm Beach County, offering deep insight into two of Florida’s most dynamic markets.
Raised in a small farm town in Ohio, I learned early that hard work, integrity, and follow-through matter — values that define my business today.
I specialize in residential sales, new construction, luxury properties, distressed homes, investment and flip opportunities, inherited and divorce-related properties, and strategic pricing. I hold multiple professional designations including GRI, CDPE, GPS, REO Certified, and I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my husband, Chickie, and our fur babies — splitting life between North Florida and South Florida.
