Ms. Nielsen is a 36-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has made a lasting impact on Virginia’s retail landscape. Based in Richmond, she works with clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and has produced more than $500M in transaction volume over the last 10 years. Ms. Nielsen has been instrumental in rollout and expansion for retailers including TJX Companies, Academy Sports & Outdoors, CAVA, Panera Bread, Ulta, Shake Shack, Panda Express, Chipotle, Popeyes, and European Wax Center. She has also worked extensively with landlords and developers such as Rebkee, Heitman, Apple Retail, Kimco, Peterson Companies, MCB, Sauer Properties, and Pratt Street to bring new developments to life and retailers to their projects, including first-to-market locations for Publix, Whole Foods and Wegmans.
