Connor began his industrial real estate career at the beginning of 2022 with Cushman and Wakefield. He specializes in leasing, sales, and tenant representation in the greater Sacramento and Central Valley.
Preceding real estate, Connor worked for a local Sacramento developer Ridge Capital Inc., where he worked for two and a half years out of college as a project manager. He oversaw the development of over 900,000 SF of both office and warehouse development in the West Sacramento market before turning his attention to brokerage.
