Connor Cohen is an Atlanta native and Vice President of Investment Sales at Cone Commercial Real Estate, where he has been with the firm since 2023. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of industrial, office, retail, and land assets across Georgia and the Southeast. Since joining Cone, Connor has closed over $20 million in career transactions and brokered more than 200,000 square feet of commercial property.
Recognized as a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club, Connor brings a client-first approach that blends aggressive prospecting, strategic marketing, and hands-on deal execution. Fluent in Spanish, he is experienced in structuring and negotiating transactions with a diverse range of buyers and sellers.
Connor graduated from Atlanta International School and Clemson University. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, fitness, the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
