Bio
Mr. Corrigan is based out of Intercontinental’s West Coast Office in Los Angeles. He is responsible for evaluating acquisition and development opportunities for Intercontinental’s sponsored funds with a primary focus on the Western United States. In this role, he assists with the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and closing of potential acquisitions and development projects.
Prior to joining Intercontinental in 2017, Mr. Corrigan worked as an Associate at Citigroup within the CMBS & Real Estate Finance division in New York and Los Angeles. In this capacity, Mr. Corrigan originated and underwrote debt investments on behalf of the firm’s securitization desk and balance sheet.
Mr. Corrigan earned his BA from Boston College with a double major in Economics and Art History.
