Bio
Connor Downey joined Bluewater Property Group in 2020 as Vice President of Investments. In this role, Connor is responsible for sourcing and executing on new ground-up development and existing building acquisition opportunities for the firm throughout the Northeastern U.S. Prior to joining Bluewater, Connor served on the acquisitions and asset management team at LBA Realty, a real estate investment and management company. At LBA, Connor focused on core, core-plus and value-add industrial assets across the United States. Connor started his career in real estate with Goedecke & Co., LLC, a boutique mortgage brokerage firm in Boston, MA.
