Connor Faroni has spent the last 15 years building his career in the real estate industry with RE/MAX Prestige, growing from an administrative assistant into the owner of the company in 2025. His journey began behind the scenes, where he learned the foundation of the business by handling daily operations, supporting agents, and gaining a deep understanding of what it truly takes to run a successful real estate brokerage.
Working closely with Rose Faroni, Connor learned the ins and outs of the industry from the ground up. Under her mentorship, he developed a strong appreciation for leadership, integrity, and the importance of supporting agents at every stage of their careers. This hands on experience allowed him to understand not only the transactional side of real estate, but also the culture and systems needed to help agents thrive.
Over the years, Connor continued to take on increasing responsibility, helping expand RE/MAX Prestige while staying focused on innovation, technology, and agent support. His progression through every level of the organization has given him a unique perspective as an owner, one rooted in experience, empathy, and a true understanding of the business.
