Connor is an Investment Asscociate within the RPH Multifamily Group focused primarily on the greater Hillsborough County market. Connor brings a strong foundation in real estate, a disciplined approach to underwriting, and hands-on experience across multiple asset classes.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Connor gained leasing experience across industrial, retail, and office properties, where he developed a strong understanding of deal structuring, negotiation, and execution. That exposure ultimately led him to pursue a career in multifamily investment sales. His background, combined with his commitment to client service, allows him to build strong relationships and provide clear, data-driven insights to owners and investors.
