Conrad Slater serves as Partner & Co-Founder of Northwood SHP and is responsible for the strategy, leasing, and operations for Northwood’s industrial investments.
Prior to co-founding Northwood SHP, Mr. Slater spent six years at Northwood Investors as a Vice President focused on evaluating real estate equity and debt investment opportunities for all property types, with a focus on the West Coast.
Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Slater worked at J.P. Morgan Real Estate Americas in New York City, where he focused on asset management and acquisitions in the Southeast region of the United States.
Mr. Slater holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California.
