Copeland Rhea joined Clay Development in 2014 as a Director, focusing on Leasing and New Market Developments. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wofford College in Government before joining Johnson Development Associates, Inc. During his nine year tenure at Johnson Development, Copeland was a Market Director responsible for strategic planning, market research, site acquisitions, business development, account management, and leasing for the Mid-Atlantic region.
At Clay Development, Copeland handles business development, site acquisitions, project negotiations, project bidding, leasing, and construction coordination with clients.
