Cornelia Downing Manfre, CCIM grew up in the Georgetown area of Washington D.C and graduated from Fordham University where she majored in Urban Studies and French. First licensed in the state of New York, Cornelia worked in corporate real estate for Fortune 100 firms covering large regional operations where she oversaw leasing, sales, management, acquisitions and development. She has extensive experience in the art of negotiation. She is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute of Chicago, IL. With 40 years of real estate experience, she brings a unique skill set to the Flagler area selling commercial properties throughout the state of Florida and is one of the area’s most experienced realtors. Cornelia’s commercial work in the Palm Coast area includes land sales for the Cobblestone Village, Lowe’s and Belk, Publix, SunTrust and 6,785 acres from Rayonnier Timber to Palm Coast Holdings, a subsidiary of Minnesota Power & Light.
Cornelia moved from Long Island to Florida in 1999 with her husband Jim, an attorney, and their three children Catherine, Alec & Barret. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers & the National Association of Realtors.
Her extensive community involvement includes Commercial Committee Chair for the Flagler County Association of Realtors, School Advisory Chair for the Flagler Palm Coast High School for five years, former President of the Flagler Symphonic Society, former Board member of Kindervision and the Family Life Center and Member of the Flagler County Chamber Economic Alliance Council. She is passionate about her community, the schools and economic development.
