Using my previous experience as a small business owner, lending and banking expertise, and current Commercial Real Estate knowledge, I can assist my current and future clients with a holistic approach to their Real Estate goals. As a Commercial Real Estate Acquisition and Leasing Specialist, I enjoy meeting with clients that range in every aspect from local and national developers, small and large franchisees, to local and national credit tenants to discuss their current goals for growth, potential relocations, and acquisitions. I then provide an all-encompassing approach to their Real Estate needs based on the nature of their business. If they are a local or national credit tenant I work to ensure all existing lease terms are being fulfilled, all future remodel dates are being maintained, relocation opportunities are being explored, and provide a multi-point analysis of markets for growth in under served, existing, and up and coming markets. As well, I provide my clients that are developers with a multi-point analysis of markets that will benefit from their services of new development and redevelopment of existing properties. By utilizing a consultative approach with my clients and meeting with them regularly, I better understand their short term and long-term needs and goals. With that, I can better assist them with each stage of the business cycle and maintain long lasting relationships.
