Cory serves as Director for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Dallas office. Cory has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry providing value added consultation and representation services for clients. Darden helps clients make executive level decisions as it relates to their real estate objectives to assure a deal is closed from start to finish.
Prior to Mohr Partners, Cory was a Senior Director at TB Advisors in Dallas, TX. Darden’s specialty focus at TB Advisors was Tenant/Buyer representation services. In addition, he provided expert knowledge in the local Dallas-Fort Worth market regarding research/data, site selection/disposition/sublease, lease/contract negotiation, buildout, and construction.
Before TB Advisors, Cory served as VP of Real Estate at KW Commercial with the Matthews Commercial Group. He provided a full range of broker consulting services to improve business’ production, revenue, efficiency, and cost reduction. Additionally, he consulted small to medium sized company owners on developing desirable property location in the office/retail sector; this included preleasing the projects during construction and continuing landlord representation after completion.
