Being a native to the Panhandle his whole life, Cory has watched the beaches and surrounding area of the Emerald Coast grow from a sleepy fishing and tourist hamlet to now one of the premier vacation destinations of the United States.
After graduating high school, Cory attended the University of Florida and gained his degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis with a Minor in Finance. Cory's first professional job was in the Mortgage Banking sector and carried that career for 11 Years. The enormous experience he gained for the time of mortgage banking has allowed him to help both sellers and buyers of real estate.
In 2013, Cory obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales license and joined Top Producers Real Estate and worked side by side with one of the top agents in the Bay County Area before moving his license over to Counts Real Estate Group on 30A in May of 2019 to assist sellers and buyers with properties on the South Walton 30A corridor and Panama City Beach.
