Cory has a unique dual role at PacTrust covering both the leasing and property management functions. He works on the leasing and development of Columbia Tech Center including connecting with potential tenants and negotiating leases. He also manages PacTrust’s properties in Portland’s Eastside and ensures that tenants there are well taken care of.
Cory attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Prior to joining PacTrust in 2015, he worked as an office leasing broker for Cushman & Wakefield.
Cory’s colleagues appreciate his broad array of experience and his willingness to help others. He has a reputation for being a jack of all trades handling everything from closing deals to performing hands-on building maintenance.
Outside of the office, Cory sits on the Board of Directors for Identity Clark County, an economic development group dedicated to improving the business climate in the area. He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys mountain biking and snow skiing.
