Cory Maltz joined the industrial tenant rep team at Holt Lunsford Commercial in February 2025 and serves as an Associate. He is responsible for executing transactions in the NE Fort Worth/Alliance market.
Prior to joining HLC, Cory served as a Senior Sales Agent for Comparion Insurance in Fort Worth, focusing on all personal lines of insurance. He established a robust referral network based on his expertise in homeowners’ insurance as it relates to the home purchase transaction. Cory loved helping protect his clients’ cherished assets and carries the attributes and skills from his time in insurance into his industrial real estate clients.
