Cory Withers joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2022 in San Diego as part of the National Net Lease Group. He has worked with Chuck Klein and Matt McNeill for 12 years. Over that time, the team closed more than $3 billion in investment property transactions.
When he initially joined the team, Cory was in graduate school at the University of San Diego, where he earned an MBA in 2011. Prior to that, Cory lived and worked in Austin, Texas where he attended the University of Texas. Cory is a University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Member and a University of Texas Alumni Board Member. He is a member of ICSC and has volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club of San Diego and the Surfrider Foundation!
