Court Richardson serves as Partner at lronbridge Realty Partners, a privately held real estate services and investment company, and has been with the company since its inception. Court leads the Ironbridge Leasing Division and has played an integral role in growing the company to one of the top retail leasing companies in Houston. Under his leadership, Ironbridge’s portfolio has grown to 5 million square feet across the Houston MSA.
Court is responsible for executing transactions across Ironbridge’s portfolio on behalf of top institutional real estate owners, including LaSalle Investment Management, ShopCore Properties, RPAI, North American Development Group, Stratus Properties and Inland Continental. Additionally, he is responsible for identifying tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and development opportunities in the market.
Prior to lronbridge, he was a Senior Associate for the Retail Leasing division at Stream Realty Partners.
Court has earned recognition as a Costar Power Broker in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2020.
