In 2019, Courtney opened her own office, Red Door Realty Group, and in 2022 she started her own team, The Marsh Team - Brokered By Red Door Realty Group. Courtney is a 9th Generation resident of St Clair County and a 6th generation to O’Fallon. She is the proud mom of 5 and understands the needs of busy & moving families.
