There's a moment in every commercial real estate organization when marketing stops being a support function and starts being a competitive advantage. That's the moment I live for. As Principal and Chief Marketing Officer at LQ Commercial in Florida, I sit at the intersection of strategy and operations; shaping how a CRE company evolves to meet what's next.
For 21 years, that work has contributed to $738M and 104M+ square feet of tenant representation, leasing, sales, and investment transactions for retail, office, industrial, land, multi-family, and special-use assets.
But CRE transactions are only part of the story. What drives me is building both brand and infrastructure: identities that command recognition, operational systems that scales performance, a culture that attracts talent, and market share on which clients can capitalize.
How I build high-performance teams? By mentoring marketers to think like owners, operators, and investors. How corporate strategy is driven? A progressive marketing/Ai/CRM/SAAS stack. Some people use tools. I build the toolbox.
