Courtney Shelly is a proud Texas native, born in Austin and raised in Williamson County. With deep roots in Williamson County, she brings a genuine understanding of the Central Texas market along with a strong sense of community and connection to every client she serves.
As the Broker/Owner of Rustic Oak Real Estate, Courtney leads with integrity, heart, and a commitment to making the buying and selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Her approach is grounded in southern hospitality, ensuring every client feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from start to finish.
Courtney holds a business degree and a Broker’s license, equipping her with both the knowledge and leadership needed to guide clients. Prior to real estate, she worked as a Project Coordinator for a commercial general contractor, where she developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that continue to serve her clients today.
Courtney proudly calls Williamson County home, where she lives with her husband and three children and stays deeply involved in her community. When she’s not working, you’ll find her cheering on her kids at sporting events, working on her health, strengthening her faith, or spending time with friends and family.
