Craig is a Director in the Washington, DC office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in industrial investment sales advisory. He also focuses on equity placement transactions within the industrial sector, including joint venture equity and recapitalizations. In this capacity, he represents and advises clients in the sale, acquisition or development of industrial assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic United States.
Throughout his career, Mr. Childs has successfully executed over 40 sale and recapitalization transactions representing over $1.2 billion of value.
