After relocating from Southern California in 2009, they quickly fell in love with the natural beauty of the Appalachian Mountains and, just as importantly, the welcoming people and lifestyle that define the area. Before entering real estate, Craig and Cynthia owned and operated several successful businesses, including restaurants, a small family ski resort in California, and and Tennis and Fitness Club in Boone, North Carolina. As current homeowners and former business owners in Boone, they bring a well-rounded, practical perspective to buying and selling real estate and are well prepared to navigate the many details that can arise during a transaction.
