Mr. Hagglund is founding Principal of Lee & Associates’ first Northern California office (Pleasanton),1993. In April 2006, Mr. Hagglund spearheaded the opening of the Lee & Associates Oakland office as founding Principal and remains managing Principal of the Oakland office today. Lee & Associates has sixty (60) offices (28 in California) and over 900 agents in the US and Canada.
Mr. Hagglund, SIOR, has over twenty six (26) years of industrial brokerage experience. He has focused on selling and leasing warehouse/distribution, industrial and office/R&D facilities to tenants, owner/users and investors along the I-880 Corridor since 1989. Each year, his consistent and proven track record makes him one of the region’s top producers. Craig’s business philosophy of nurturing long-term relationships with both building owners and tenants ensures the client’s needs will always be met.
