Craig Irvine has been practicing Commercial Real Estate for 22 years in a myriad of capacities. He began at Colliers Macaulay Nicolls in 1991, focusing on Industrial, Office and Investment Properties within the Commercial Division, spending his last three years at Colliers specializing in investment properties. Ten years later, he joined a family-run company where he managed the multi-residential/office portfolio, as well as being responsible for apartment acquisitions for limited partnership groups. In 2006, the company joined forces with Interrent International Properties to become the publicly traded company Interrent REIT. As the Manager of Acquisitions, Craig was responsible for the addition of 2600 apartment units in 38 buildings to the Interrent portfolio, with a value of over $160, 000,000.
