Craig joined Graham & Company in 1998 doing general maintenance. Over the years,
his scope of duties has grown from maintenance and ensuring overall asset value to overseeing major construction projects and build-outs. Best of all, he has developed an impressive track record for ensuring projects are done on time and on budget. That same initiative and competency come into play with Craig as Property Manager. Craig currently manages office, industrial warehouse, and mixed-use commercial assets within the GCP owned and 3rd party portfolios. His responsibilities include ownership and tenant relations, financial performance and reporting, construction management, leasing support, contractor selection and facilities management.
