Craig leads WMG Development’s growing national portfolio with a focus on innovation, excellence, and long-term value. Since joining in 2019, he has overseen development in 27 states and over 300 municipalities, helping expand WMG’s footprint to 35 states and more than 500 projects. A seasoned expert in all aspects of the development process, Craig is known for his strategic mindset, executional rigor, and commitment to building strong partnerships.
Craig plays a key role in shaping WMG’s collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. He actively mentors team members, offering insight and guidance to support both personal and professional growth.
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Craig moved to Naples, FL, before high school and has proudly called Florida home ever since. He now lives in Windermere with his wife and two children. Deeply rooted in his faith and community, Craig is actively involved in his church and committed to mentorship and lifelong learning.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys traveling with his family, especially exploring America’s national parks. The Kopko family shares a love for baseball—both kids play competitively, and together they travel regularly to experience games in stadiums across the country. A passionate reader, Craig also devotes time to studying leadership, business strategy, and personal development—always seeking new ways to grow and inspire those around him.
