n 2009, Craig joined The Daten Group to help leverage his expertise in buying and selling companies to grow the portfolio. One of his first endeavors was the formation of The Daten Group’s first real estate fund (CAD1). Under Craig’s direction, CAD1 focuses on purchasing and developing undervalued assets in the NY metropolitan market. Craig has been instrumental in the development of 72 Poplar, 1462 2nd Avenue, 840 Fulton and the White Plains Portfolio. In 2012, Craig received a Masters in Real Estate Development at New York University’s Shack Institute. In 1999 he graduated NYU with a BFA in Film and a minor in computer science. Craig currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
