Craig has been working in the Multi-Family Housing industry for over 35 years. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, Mr. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. His investment experience began in Los Angeles where he acquired apartment properties, refurbished, and improved cash flow through efficient management. Upon earning an MBA from Cal Poly Pomona, he took a position as Senior Vice President at Mailboxes Etc. also known as The UPS Store. As a co-founder of ACRE Investment Real Estate, Craig’s team is one of the highest volume apartment groups in San Diego.
