Craig Summers is a Vice President of Brokerage Services at Gatski Commercial. As a specialist in the industrial sector, Mr. Summers has extensive experience in property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management.
Mr. Summers' previous commercial real estate experience was with NAI Capital in Southern California and Lee & Associates, Las Vegas. During his career, he has facilitated over $100 million of transactional volume in over 3-million square feet of commercial space. He has negotiated lease and sale transactions for industrial, office and retail facilities ranging from 2,000 to over 250,000 square feet and has represented landlords and tenants, as well as sellers and buyers. Mr. Summers maintains a real estate license in both Nevada and California.
Prior to his real estate career, Craig spent 19 years in the aerospace industry with The Boeing Company. Craig was the Financial Controls Analyst for a $688 million Delta Rocket program, and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior management.
Mr. Summers earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, from The University of Redlands.
