Bio
Cristina Hsieh, CCIM has a diversified and international business background. Before embarking on her commercial real estate career, she spent more than a decade in the consumer electronics sector, gaining deep experience in supply-chain strategy, global operations, and business management. Today, she specializes in investment sales and leasing of industrial and retail properties across Southern California.
Born in Taiwan, Cristina lived in the Philippines and Chile before immigrating to the United States. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and Spanish. While she conducts business throughout Southern California, her primary focus is Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire- markets where her multilingual abilities, cultural fluency, and market expertise are highly valued.
Cristina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Fullerton, where she proudly serves on the Board of the Real Estate Association. She is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) degree at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law to further strengthen her legal understanding within commercial transactions. Cristina is also a Designee of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), one of the most respected designations in the commercial real estate industry. She actively participates in the CCIM global community and is a member of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles and Southern California Chapters, AIR Commercial Real Estate Association (AIRCRE), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
In 2002, Cristina founded SEGAI, INC., an international business firm that evolved into a global real estate investment company. Over the years, she has assisted both local and foreign principals in building operations and acquiring commercial and industrial assets throughout the the United States. Cristina also enjoys brand building and frequently works with restaurateurs and food-and-beverage operators on site selection, expansion strategies, and market entry.
In 2019, Cristina joined SPERRY as an Affiliate office in Ontario, California- a strategic gateway to the fast-growing Inland Empire. Her dedication and result-driven approach quickly earned industry recognition. She was honored as one of the Top 10 SPERRY Brokers in 2022 and awarded CREXI's Platinum Broker distinction in 2023, reflecting her consistent performance, negotiation strength, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for her clients.
