Crosby Taylor is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and diligence of industrial acquisitions and developments across the country for both Graham & Co and Graham Capital. Since joining Graham Capital in 2021, Crosby has contributed to the delivery of nearly 3.5M SF of industrial developments and the acquisition of nearly $250 million of industrial properties.
Before joining Graham & Co, Crosby worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (“JLL”) in Atlanta as part of the Original Industrial Capital Markets platform, contributing to more than $3.5 billion of industrial investment sales transactions.
