Bio
Crystal Collins is a native of Wilmington, Delaware. She earned a BA in business management and began working as a Processor at a nearby mortgage company as soon as she graduated.
Crystal moved to Texas to work with the CEO since she is an analytical professional. She later moved to the position of processing team manager. While keeping a pipeline for 10 loan officers, she taught a new group of 12 processors. She was in charge of meeting deadlines, maintaining compliance, and producing documents for loan applications as a Processor/Processing Manager. Her team had the most successful year in 2021 thanks to the lessons she taught them and the leadership qualities she possessed. She decided it was time to advance in her career in March 2022, and that decision brought her to Jacksonville, Florida. She discovered that CBRE would be the ideal organization to expand with after doing a great deal of study and being persistent.
Crystal has extensive knowledge of conventional and government loans from her career in mortgages, but she has a focus on purchases and VA loans. She has leadership, marketing, Microsoft Office, and mortgage processing software experience.
