Curt works alongside Bill Swettenham, Eric Ortiz, and the Colliers Healthcare Group who offer more than 30+ years of healthcare and office real estate experience throughout the West Coast. The team represents institutional and private clients with their investments sales and leasing needs.
After starting his career in brokerage and successfully closing his first medical office building transaction in 2014, Curt transitioned into a development role within the hospitality industry. This experience working with real estate developers and owners to identify key development locations, perform real estate underwriting, and negotiate long-term franchise agreements provided him with a deep appreciation for the broker/client relationship. Diligence, commitment, and delivery of informative, actionable data has helped him create lifelong relationships with his clients.
