Over the past 25+ years, Curtis has been involved in all aspects of real estate valuation. Curtis currently is the President and CEO of CDC INC., a national corporation with over 70 contractors and employees. Curtis has worked in a wide variety of industries and given expert testimony on valuation matters on multiple engagements for and against Local, Municipal and Federal governments. Curtis has completed appraisals across Canada and specializes in Agriculture and unique, remote and special purpose properties.
