As a leading landlord leasing specialist in New Jersey, Curtis maintains a comprehensive landlord-representation platform covering shopping centers, grocery-anchored retail, and mixed-use projects integrating retail with multifamily, office, hospitality, restaurant, fitness, entertainment, and experiential uses. Curtis has completed hundreds of restaurant leases including Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A, J. Alexander’s, Darden, McDonald’s, CAVA, Shake Shack, Paris Baguette, Chipotle, Starbucks, and Jersey Mike’s, as well as approximately 100 fitness transactions with Planet Fitness, Gold’s Gym, Retro Fitness, Fitness 19, and boutique concepts such as Orangetheory, Club Pilates, and Pure Barre. His tenant roll-out experience includes Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace, Planet Fitness, Noodles & Co., and Smashburger.
