Cynthia moved back to Oregon (Lincoln City) in 2003 after being in California for many years.
She had a very successful career in the General Building industry where she specialized in
building residential, commercial and public works projects. As a licensed general contractor
and building construction estimator she understands serving the needs and goals of her
