Cyrus Bahrami oversees development, investment and construction operations for the South Texas Division which includes the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and College Station markets. He brings more than 18 years of real estate investment, development and finance experience and has developed over 20,000 units since joining Alliance. He also is the co-founder and leader of Alliance Industrial, a sister company of Alliance Residential that focuses on warehouse and distribution development opportunities in growth markets within Alliance’s national footprint. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Bahrami served as Vice President of Investments and Development for M-M Properties, where he oversaw the acquisition, development and asset management of multifamily and commercial-office properties. He started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Bahrami graduated summa cum laude from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance.
