CYRUS CHINI joined The Ratkovich Company in June of 2020, after completing the Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the University of Southern California, where he also received a bachelor’s degree in finance.
Prior to attending graduate school, Cyrus was a commercial real estate broker and Vice President of Retail Investment Sales at REZA Investment Group. Cyrus became intrigued with the built environment after spending nine years in HR and management consulting with Mercer in both the U.S. and U.K. While living in London, Cyrus came to appreciate what a world-class city could be – walkable, connected, vibrant, design conscious, littered with green space, and full of thoughtfully curated mixed-use projects. Like TRC, Cyrus is on a mission to conscientiously improve the urban landscape of Los Angeles through a design-forward approach, while enhancing local community values and producing meaningful investment returns.
