Dahlia has over 3 years of experience in real estate development and investment. Prior to joining Stablewood, she served as a Development Analyst and Project Engineer at S P Setia. During her three-year tenure at S P Setia, Dahlia was responsible for underwriting, acquiring, and managing developments for projects in planning and construction phases. Dahlia holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, as well as a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
