Dail began his commercial real estate career in 1986 and specializes in income properties and investment sales. He is widely recognized as one of South Carolina’s leading investment sales brokers, responsible for transactions exceeding
$1 Billion.
His income property experience has covered all segments of the commercial real estate industry and have included
sale/leasebacks, single tenant, and multi-tenant properties throughout the southeastern United States.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Dail was a commercial real estate finance officer for a major national bank. He holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia, majoring in Economics.
