Dakota Karlen is a professional real estate agent servicing the greater Central Wisconsin area for Jones Real Estate Group. He is fun, enthusiastic, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure clients have the greatest experience possible. Growing up in Marathon, a small town just outside of Wausau, he is very familiar with the surrounding areas and he uses that expertise to help clients find the best location to suit their needs.
Dakota recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Steven’s Point with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate and Investments. This helped him to build a professional foundation that has allowed him to thrive in the industry at a young age. He focuses his time on helping clients buy and sell both residential and commercial real estate, so he is knowledgeable and versed in multiple facets. In Dakota's first year in real estate, he achieved the award of Rookie of the Year and had sold just under 8.5 million in real estate volume, which is more than any other previous first year agent.
