Dale Dockins is the Founder and President of North Bay Commercial Real Estate, established in 1998. He has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1987 and the Arizona Department of Real Estate since 2004. A proud Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1997, Dale has been actively involved in real estate investment and management since 1986.
With decades of experience, Dale brings a unique perspective to the commercial real estate industry, understanding it from both the owner’s and investor’s point of view. His deep industry knowledge, commitment to integrity, and hands-on approach have earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
In addition to his professional work, Dale serves as the Director of the SABA Foundation. The foundation focuses on funding efforts to prevent animal abuse and cruelty, provide financial assistance to children with developmental disabilities, and support the acquisition and development of parks and playgrounds for children.
